ASSumptions
1.  You're doing everything.  If you have managed to delegate some volunteers, well done!  You deserve a beer at this point.
2.  15 people will show up.  Adjust accordingly.
3.  The hash will break even but won't make any money. Hashers get a lot for their bucks. Try to spend a minimum on a maximum.  

Buy
Beer - 60 cans
Soft drinks - a couple of litres of water/pop
Flour - 2 bags per hare
Snacks and food along the lines of: bread, cheese, meat, tomatoes, salad, crisps, nuts

Chill
Beers
Soft drinks
Make ice (using ice trays, water in plastic bottles, tubs, etc.)

Bring to set trail
Flour
Chalk (use pieces of plasterboard found in skips)
Beer stop beers + ice
Map

Bring on trail
Flour
Chalk - these for the "chalk talk" and marking checks
A few beers
Pen, phone, map, etc.

Bring to circle
(deep breath....)
Cooler full of beer, softs & ice
Down-down mugs
Song cards
Snacks
Food
Ketchup, napkins, binbags, etc.
